Dear Eurovox 2026 Participants,
Soon, the voices of the Eurovox community will come together in enCHanting Lucerne. As we look forward to welcoming you in just 18 days, we are pleased to share the Conference Guide and some practical information to help you make the most of your conference experience.
Attached you will find our Conference Guide as a PDF. You will receive it as a printed booklet at check-in, together with your badge, mug, and all relevant conference materials. All QR codes and event titles link directly to the corresponding event on our website. Simply click on them: www.eurovox.eu
1. Keynotes & Workshops
As we have plenty of space in all rooms, there is no need to register for individual workshops. Breaks have been scheduled generously to allow participants to move comfortably between workshop rooms. The only time a quick room change is required is at 5:00 p.m.
2. Videos & Photos
All workshops will be recorded and made available following the conference in the Download Centre on our website. Access is restricted to Eurovox participants via the Eurovox login. This will allow everyone to view workshops that take place simultaneously.
Photographs and videos will be taken throughout the conference for use on social media and on our website. We assume that you consent to this. If you do not wish to appear in these media, please contact us in advance at info@eurovox.eu.
3. Handouts & Abstracts
All handouts and abstracts will also be available in the Downloads section of www.eurovox.eu.
The German-language professional journal Vox Humana will devote 30 pages of its October issue to Eurovox. We are delighted that the conference will thus be documented in a substantial report accessible to a wide audience of interested readers.
4. Bookstall
A display of publications from the Eurovox community will be set up in our spacious library. We would be delighted if you could bring sample copies of your own publications, together with a QR code linking to ordering information.
No direct sales will take place in the library. For additional browsing and shopping, our on-campus music shop is available:

5. Conference Office & Bistro
The Conference Office, where you can obtain information and store luggage, is located in Room 201, centrally situated in the foyer.
The foyer and the plaza provide ideal spaces for coffee breaks. Meals will be served in the bistro, and participants who have not booked meals in advance may pay directly at the bistro. If you have any food intolerances, our caterer’s staff will be happy to provide further information.
6. Building & Surroundings
Our building remains cool and well ventilated even on hot days and is fully accessible throughout. There are four lifts and drinking fountains on every floor next to the restrooms.

There are a limited number of parking spaces next to the Orchesterhaus, as well as additional parking in the multi-storey car park at Nidfeldstrasse 1.
Bus No. 14 runs directly from Lucerne railway station to the Südpol campus. The campus can also be reached conveniently by bicycle or on foot via the Freigleis cycle and pedestrian route. (Please see the site map in the appendix.)
