On Wednesday evening, 19 August, we will host our traditional “Meet & Greet”. This year’s format will be slightly different, due to limited time on the Thursday morning. The EVTA Executive Committee proposes to hold part of the Council Meeting on the Wednesday evening, starting at 17.00, to allow ample time to talk, meet and mingle. The meetings as well as the Meet & Greet dinner will take place at the HSLU School of Music in Lucerne, Switzerland. Each association, preferably represented by its President and/or International Coordinator, will be invited to briefly share one highlight from the past year—something organised, achieved or developed. This will allow us to connect with each other in an atmosphere that is both informal and informative. For the councillors who stay to attend Eurovox, a separate congress registration for the council attendees will be provided by EVTA.CH during the Council meeting.
