An Introduction to Vocal Kinesthetics
Your voice is only as free as your nervous system allows it to be. In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover how Vocal Kinesthetics—a science-based vocal training method rooted in applied neurology—can revolutionize your teaching and singing.
Vocal Kinesthetics harnesses neuroplasticity, the brain’s remarkable ability to change, to address the hidden barriers that hold singers back: jaw and tongue tension, inconsistent breath, MTD, chronic performance anxiety, even recurring lower-leg injuries that quietly affect posture and support. These challenges often aren’t “just” technique problems—they’re protective neurological responses shaped by past experiences, big or small.
In Neuro 101, you’ll learn movement drills and sensory resets designed to give your nervous system (and your students’) a much-needed tune-up. We’ll explore a brain-based approach to breathing, vision, and inner-ear stability—plus strategies for working with singers who feel they’ve “tried everything” without lasting results.
You’ll leave with practical, immediately usable tools to integrate into your own practice or teaching studio, helping you (and your singers) find more freedom, more consistency, and more joy in singing.
When the brain feels safe, the voice can finally soar.
