About Bo Rosenkull
Bo Rosenkull is professor of singing at the School of Music and Drama at the University of Gothenburg and professor of singing and singing methodology at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm. Bo has previously been chairman of the Swedish Association of Singing and Speech Teachers for many years and is now vice chairman of the European Voice Teachers’ Association. He is a highly sought-after singing teacher who has given master classes at music and opera academies in South Africa, Azerbaijan, Seychelles, the Netherlands, Turkey, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Norway and Italy. In spring 2021, his book Sjung igång! (Come and sing! English edition) was published and in 2026 Come and sing-together! was published by Notfabriken/Gehrmans musikförlag. In 2023, Bo received his doctorate in visual and performing arts with music at North-West University in South Africa.
