About Ulla Munch
Ulla Munch is a professional singer, voice coach, and mental trainer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. With over 35 years of experience as both a soloist and ensemble singer, she has performed worldwide under a wide range of conditions, gaining deep expertise in managing stage presence and performance anxiety. Since 2015, Ulla has worked as a mental trainer with professional musicians and young musicians at the Danish National Academy of Music, helping them develop confidence and resilience on stage. In 2025, she published her book Mentaltræning for musikere, offering practical tools for musicians to strengthen their mental performance. Ulla holds a degree from the Musical Department at the University of Copenhagen and a Master’s degree in Voice from the Danish National Academy of Music.
